Ballot Child Safety Standards

## Commitment to Child Safety

Ballot is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful platform. We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any activity that endangers minors.

Ballot is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the platform.

## Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Ballot:

* Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
* Content that depicts, promotes, glorifies, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.
* Grooming, solicitation, or manipulation of minors for sexual purposes.
* Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion involving minors.
* Attempts to share, request, distribute, or link to CSAE-related material.
* Any activity that violates applicable child protection laws.

## Reporting Violations

Users who encounter content or behavior that may violate these standards are encouraged to report it immediately.

Reports should include any relevant information, such as usernames, content links, screenshots, and descriptions of the suspected violation.

## Enforcement

Ballot investigates reports of child safety violations promptly and may take actions including:

* Removal of offending content.
* Suspension of platform features.
* Permanent account termination.
* Preservation of evidence where required by law.
* Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations when necessary.

## Cooperation with Authorities

Ballot cooperates with law enforcement agencies and authorized child protection organizations regarding investigations involving child exploitation, abuse, trafficking, or related criminal activities, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

## Age Restrictions

Ballot is intended solely for adults aged 18 years and older. Users found to be under the age of 18 will have their account permanently removed.
